If i'm correct the copper is completely flat except for the slits cut in it. the channels and bends are cut out of the acrylic.

Nice way to cut weight down. I suspect the base is way to thick though. Those inlets and outlets look oddly restrictive. Might want to consider making an all lexan outer shell with a copper insert over the GPU and memory. Would significantly reduce weight and mill time and copper cost.

Do you actually sell any of this stuff or just making it for the hell of it?

I've been contemplating doing something similar jaydee... I've got a lot of 1" thick plexi and some 1/8" copper plate. Since I have no real mill (just a drill press and an X/Y vise) milling the lips in the plexi would be pretty easy, and I could set the depth differently for the lips for the memory, so they stick out further, or not as far as the card requires. Plus, as you've said, it would be really light.
