Best way to avoid corrosion?

Im building a water cooled system and when I've got it up and running I'm going to try some peltier cooling.

At first I'll be using a storm block, 1/2" tygon hose and a couple of hydor seltz L30 pumps. I've got a 310*430mm car radiator, the only problem is that it's alu and not copper.

Is there any way to stop my storm block from clogging from all the corrosion?

First, you cant and should not use a pelt with the storm, it is not designed for pelts. Second, get a COPPER rad, you are just asking for trouble.

Even anodized aluminum tops cause problems. Stay away from mixing metals if at all possible.

Just pulled the top off my whitewater after being in use for over a year... area around the barbs is completely corroded. ... and it was anodized.

Yes the storm is to small for most peltiers any way. I think I'll look around for a new rad too.
