Default an idea

i have no real knowledge on how these things work... but.... what if you were to use peltiers to cool watertanks and then run the water or some kind of liquid through a radiator. have a fan pull air through the radiator to cool the air... kinda like airconditioning for a system.

would this work?

yeah it would work but not as efficiently... also take the condensation problems you get with chilling a CPU and apply them to the tank, hoses, pump, etc. Bottom line, its generally better to use a point chiller system like peltiers on the chip then chilled H2O
