New Project: watercooled lexan!

Hi everybody!

I have been using some CAD software to design a custom watercooled computer enclosure. I am going to make it out of plexiglass since I have worked with plexiglass before. I think I have the skill to make a "wannabe" Mac Pro case complete with perforated mesh front. Below are some pics of the design. It is still in the alpha design phase, how ever. Currently, I am trying to figure out the best radiator setup.

Once I build this new rig, I plan on going with simple air cooling first and then later upgrading to a watercooled setup. I have been trying to make things modular and easily upgradable. The motherboard tray is removable and allows for cables to be routed behind it so the inside should look really clean. Parts of the case and motherboard tray also allow tubing to be routed along the sides so they dont get in the way as much.

I decided to use a laptop cd-rom because I only use my cd rom to load programs. I already have another computer for data storage and backup. It also allows for more space in the front of the case for fans and air intake.

My question for you veteran watercoolers is what radiator setup would be most efficient. I am currently working on the notion that one huge radiator is better than using several small ones. I will be using the thermochill PA120.3, but have considered using several PA 120.1's arranged in series so after water flows through one block it travels through a radiator then to another block and then the next radiator. Theoretically that should keep a dual GPU setup cool, but I realize that the amount of head and pressure drop associated with radiators would make more of a difference. So what would be better one big radiator or 3 small ones?

I would also like to know if any one knows where I can find some perforrated mesh to put over the front and top of this enclosure. Something liek the stuff on the front the coolermaster stacker 830.

Anyway, on to the pics.

The front, top and bottem are supposed to have a perforated mesh overthem, but my current computer is not powerful enough to draw such a thing.

View with left and right side panels removed.

Side view. The 3 "blocks" near the bottem represent the location of hard drives. The large panel to the front is the housing for the radiator(s) and mounting location for the pump.

Here the motherboard tray is removed revealing the stealth wiring slots.

Please let me know what you think. Thanks
