Default Commercial Cooling vs Air one

I have an oced mobile 2600+
It's using a v12 from Tt and its good enough but too noisy.
Which commercial (not home-made) WC will be better cooling than the v12?

If the unit is noisy, why not just replace the fan? Or better yet, get one of the new generation heatpipe air coolers? Many after market water cooling rigs will be much better... but at what cost? The question becomes, hwo much do you want to spend, how complicated, and at what noise level?

I would recommend getting an air HSF which have improved drastically since the days of v12 style heatsinks. I can find a good Wcing kit but you need 4 mounts for socket 462 otherwise you can only use the swiftech 5002 and Air HSF have good performance, are cheaper, and are quiet.
