I wake up to the sound of rain with some lightning and other crap and notice I hear water dripping, but its not outside its inside my room. I get up and go over to my open window that has a fan in it (yes it is november but remeber I have 2 systems over 1GHz those r some mighty big space heaters). The fan is shooting water all over this computer! The computer doesnt have a case the motherboard just sits on the table with the cards. The hard drive and cdrom got the worst of the water the psu didnt even have the cover on it but yet it didnt get wet! The computer is still running linux, I never turned it off and its still working!!! So I guess K6-2 systems running linux dont mind getting a little wet

lucky sob.... knowing my luck it would have shorted out all the components, started a fire, and the circuit breaker wouldnt trip causing a few $100 of electricty to be wasted before the entire block went black.
thats just my luck tho ![]()

Hey, the rain is there, might as well use it.. And when it's not raining, it is winter right now, free 40f air to pump through that radiator..
