Burn! Burn!
Can any of you advise?
I just installed an AMD 1.4 (from a 1.2) cpu a couple of days ago. The case above the psu is extremely warm - is this to be expected? I dropped the multiplier down to make the processor run at 1.3 in the hope that this would help cool the system down. I don't know if this made any difference or not. Please help. this is probably from the hot air being blown off of your CPU, try adding more fans to your case, or more cans to your face, as the case may be

cut a blowhole and mount a 120mm fan.
