Default water temps?

Well, after all the planning, I finally started ordering my water gear. I have my now trusty Maxi-Jet MP1200 to use as my pump, but it's rated for a maximum water temp of 35C. On average, what is a normal water temp in a standard H20 setup (no pelts)?

Then again, I shouldn't worry that much since I've heard of a crazy aquarium guy using a maxi-jet in his hot tub

If you water gets up to 35C then you have problems. Mine runs 3C over room temp. Usually 26C.

what is your room temp? if it is below 25C, you shouldn't have a problem, unless your rad sucks really bad

Room temp will be around 25C and I'll be using a heatercore, so I guess I'll be fine.

Thx.

I just managed a 35C water temp... with a sucky rad and 400W of load (testing my TEC).
Normally I run at around 26-27C without the TEC.
