Default 165 F - good or bad?

My Tygon bears only 165F (74C) - can I use it in my cooling sistem, say, straight away from a waterBlock (Novattek WaterBlock, BI Xtrme, Athlon 2000)?
Thank you.
Leon

most people have their water temps fairly close to ambient, if they were that high you'd have some more important issues
