Actually using a Swiftech MC-462 HSF with a Delta 80mm - 80CFM (!!!) Fan on my A7V133/Tbird AVIA 1GHz@1451MHz (39/46°C@1.85V), I'm really thinking about water cooling (mainly because of the noise, not the temps!). For obvious reasons I'd liked to use the swiftech MCW-462 water jacket (same mountings as MC-462).
The MCW-462 uses quick connect/disconnect swivel elbow fittings with smaller 3/8" OD tubing, where the "standard" is mostly 3/8" ID tubing. Does anybody tried to, or did change the original fittings by standard 3/8" brass ones on the MCW-462 (I'm not sure about the threading of the original fittings)?

And yes I did change my fittings on the MCW462 to 3/8" ID brass fittings. They are 1/4" NPT thread. They are easy enough to swap out.
I have NO IDEA wtf switech is doing with 3/8"OD fittings.. thats just stupid since most blocks and cooling systems all use 1/2" OD or larger hose.
