Can someone recommend me a good copper waterblock that is available for international order.

get a DangerDen block. They do nothing but work good! =]
here is a distributor list of them. I would choose the vendor who is closest to you.

DD ships internationally and quickly.
Aquacool and CS ship in Europe for sure, i dont know about International. Ask them
The K4.1 is the top performer according to a bunch of round-ups published in Europe...
(ps: you'll want to use babelfish to translate german sites...)

It isn't strictly speaking all copper, but I have used and was impressed with the innovatek rev3 block as well (german).

I love the way the K4.1 looks. It performs very well also. BTW, the new DD maze 3 blocks look sweet. You might consider it. DD has a great rep for making well performing blocks.
