Is this a good mobotherboard... what would be the best for a AMD 1GHz 266FSB?

Is this the DDR board?
I would seriously get the DDR board, memory prices are exactly the same right now. (crucial.com) |

Yes its DDR, based on the AMD 760 northbridge. But I would strongly recommend against it because it doesn't support overclocking! You would be much better off with a 760 from MSI or FIC because they had the sense to put multipler adjustments.
Besides some of them had issues with 266FSB. Kinda kills the point of DDR without it. Its been resolved but it hardly makes me confident in the quality of the board. Anyway what does this have to do with watercooling? |

Been using the A7M266 for 3 months now, probably the fastest and most stable board I have ever had. The multiplier option can be added with a soldering mod. to the board and the fsb on this board goes up to 170 mhz stable. I am currently at 168 and have been so for two months.
