Default Hose condensation

What do you all use to prevent condensation on your hoses?

just put foam rubber over them. Like the kind they use to insulate copper piping for AC systems.

Yeha that would do it, provided they're sized accordingly. Just make sure they're held tightly - lots of zip ties for ex.

Is condensation on your hose a problem for you? That seems highly unlikely, unless you're running a chiller, but even then, you'd have to have copper tubing, and you obviously don't, since you talk about lighting...

Then yeah... you'll have to isolate it.

You won't get lighting, but the bonus is that you might get slightly better temps!

Got any pics? I'm particularly interested in the chiller.

If the condinsation stops at one point in the tube, you could make a drip line, and then any condinsation that beaded up, would run down the tub, to the drip line and fall off.

Fall off where? (I don't know about you, but I don't have a drain in the floor where my computer is!)

No, just isolate it, all of it, and watch to see if the condensation spreads anywhere else, further down the system.

Just put a little tuperwear under the drip line, and empty it once a week, when you clean your computer. It's not like a gallon is gonna condinsate off the hose

I don't know about you, but I prefer a low maintenance system, without any kind of open containers lying on the floor, ready to be kicked accidentally...

On the other hand, if you have a pet...
