I found this on another forum I visit.
http://www.microsemi.com/catalog/part.asp?ID=55559 It is a TEC controler so that it will keep the tempratures at exactly what you want. You could make it so that your cpu was exactly 5 deg cel to keep condensation off, but while underload, your temp would not change at all. I couldn't tell you priceing or anything of that sort, but it looks like a good idea. |

the 100w output is the only real annoyance, and things like that tend to be very expensive. I wonder how many can be ordered at once? If it was just 5 or so then it'd be ok to do as a forums initiative

There's also a 50Watt kit. I'll compare both and see how/if they can be modified to handle a bigger load.

without a voltage adjuster for the peltiers they are running full steam all the time...so is this bad for them? Will it wear them out?
