your thermistor obviously isn't close enough to your core

that was 2.1v but i think i can do it with less, rite now im running at 1880 with whats suposed to be 1.9 but its at 1.87 so thats why my oc isnt still up there, because the voltages are scarring me, when i 5v mod my board ill see what i can get out of it

agoia is the second to newest stepping, aroia is the newest and if i had that i could have pounded 2ghz....

Well, I know what I'm buying myself for my birthday today...the 8k3a. I was screwing around with my memory volt mod and shorted something on the Iwill XP333, and I need a new mb now.

At least my DDR and cpu is ok (whew), I'm using it right now as I type this, in my revision 1 XP333, but this board only does 1.85 vcore, so it won't OC too far.

I swore I'd never own another Epox after the 8kha+ from hell, but the reviews are all good, and the problems on the forums are pretty mild.

The fact that I won't have to mod the mem. voltage is a big seller to me...2.2 vcore should take me up a notch too.

Oh yeah, and maskedgeek...sweet OC!!

*EDIT*
After spending the last couple of days trying to squeeze out my budget, I see I'm not getting a new board this month.

I say nice one, brotha!!! NICE ONE!!!!

Mine will boot at 1754, but isn't really stable (I think it's the RAM). So right now, I'm kickin' rock solid @ 1685. Nice to have a goal to shoot for!!

update: im watercooled and 5v modded.. the watercooling is with my rad without a shroud and some fans, and a big res for the water after the cpu gets it hot, its kinda not the way it should be.. but to start the water was like 10c, then after i started overclocking it it was like 16c, i hit 1980 stable as can be, till the water got over 20c(room 25c)(i added ice to cool it good) and then it got unstable, rite now im just running it stock till i get some better config and my 120mm fans..... 80cfm and pushpull shrouds should do it good! maby ill just use pull..

I say nice one again. I managed to get mine stable at 1790MHz. Not sure which stepping it is, but I haven't unlocked it yet. (10.5x170MHz) If you 'member my earlier post on this thread, I swapped out the PC2100 DDR I had with some PC2700DDR. 1754 was no problem, and still stable at 1790. Would boot @ 1821 (10.5x173MHz), but was hardly stable. Temps were good @ around 40°C. So might just be reaching the limits. Need to unlock to see if I can get higher.

I just picked up an 8K3A+ yesterday. I cant wait to get my 1900+ in it and get some real overclocks. I'm currently running the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP and it doesn't do well at all for ocing, but I do have to say the Gigabyte is a very stable board with lots of features.

I hear you about that! Same here. Also I wasn't asking for a pic because I don't belive you, but because it would be cool to show around! I know a few other people getting those results aswell. I am going to order one myself shortly while they are still around. I have a older XP1600+ and the best it will do is 1650. But that is also wioth the older Epox 8K7A.
