Gf3Ti500 detected as Quadro DDC?,WTF?!...

My Leadtech Geforce 3Ti500 has taken it into it's mind to be detected as a Quadro DDC, what's going on people?. there are extra options in the properties for OpenGL. thing is, the drivers never even loaded when it detected, I just skipped through all of them!. yet it still has the drivers installed!, 29.42's. WTF is going on?. I tried removing it and redetecting but it's the same!. should I reflash the GPU BIOS?. I've necer flashed a graphics card BIOS before. I have the utility but don't know where or what BIOS to get!. HELP!! ...

Thats a good thing...leave it alone.

The Quadro preforms better than a standard board. There is a why you can solder and connect crap on the board itself to read as a Quadro.

If yours is doing it by itself, let it be...

There also may be a jumper that sets this...as this was also covered in the How to turn your nVidia card into a Quadro

There was a sticky at the 3DMark/MadOnion forum on how to mod your Gf to a Quadro with RivaTuner without any soldering whatsoever. I don't think this is a good thing, having it modded yes, but just skiping/changing by itself ..., I'm not sure...

Well do a search on how to do it...and see if the method applies to your card(the solderless method), and then reverse it to see if it works, than put it back....

It's just a mod to the drivers, do it to any Gf but the 4's. I pulled the card out of the slot, put it back in and it's settled down. it's a poor card for FSB. it flakes out at 190 on the 1/5 dividor...(76 mhz!!) 80mhz won't boot!...
