Default question on cooling requirement

i've been thinking about going with water cooling on my PC, mainly I want it to reduce the sound as opposed to overclocking as the 8 fans humming away in my PC is loud, my PC is a dual athlon MP 2000+, I also want to at min cool both my bios chip and my video card (geforce 4 ti4400), and posibly my HD's, I was wondering if anyone could give me info specs wise at what I should be looking for for BTU's capacity on the radiator, capacity of the water pump, etc, also about when cooling dual CPU's do you string them them inline, ot have a Y adapter to split to each of them so they aren't getting warm water from the CPU it went thru before hand.

thank's in advance.
