Default Help with phasechange

Ok, I need some advice on how to turn this into a water chiller for my comp.

I would like it to hook up to my watercooled system.
This is the cooling unit from a waterfountain. The cooper tank thing is a res. I would be nice if I could hook it straight up to my pump but I think the copper tubing is to small. Any ideas on how to fix this because It appears to be silver soldered together
