Default Home Made Reservoir

Hey guys, well i've made myself a home made reservoir finally, after looking around for one here in Toronto i found the prices a bit too expensive for me.

So here it is along with the parts i used

1. Betta fish tank from wal mart about 6-8 inches high, 5-6 inch diameter

2. Gatorade bottle

3. 90 degree elbos

4. Goop

it cost me around 10 bucks cad to build

i used the top part of the gatorade bottle (the capping mechanism) as a removable cover for my reservoir.
Ok so heres a pic of the final peice

Nice, looks like a DD res, hope it doesn't make bubbles like theirs do, hehe. How bout a pic of it next to a Coke can or something so we can tell the size better?

peace.

You should put some fishies in there. I bet they'll like the heat.

While you're deathmatch fighting in Q3, you can watch your fishies deathmatch next to a P4.

My turtle tank does get pretty cold in the winter. Maybe i should attach my computer up to its 10 gallon tank

Too bad it is next to impossible to keep algae from growing

You should be able to estimate size from the Goop tube. Everyone should be familiar with Goop

just put your radiator in the turtle tank and have that cool it! no algae problems and cold water.
