Default Recommendation: Join OCAU forums

Not sure where to put this but:

Just like to recommend everyone here join the overclockers Australia forums.. (http://forums.overclockers.com.au)

A lot of stuff, especially on the overclocking etc. side.

They are trustworthy.
They are the only place/board on the net that I've given my real email too.

The reason for this is because of the large trading section and some people who were scamming (Which has now been eliminated to my knowledge - through the fact that you can now only trade after being registered for 3 months.)

Most forums don't allow those emails because they aren't ISP provided emails.

OCAU I know for a fact won't allow yahoo.com or netscape.net(Netscape/AOL mail).

They do not accept free emails for obvious reasons, in ability to really see who you are etc.

Yes I'd like more people to join each, that way we get more info in both these fine forums, spread the knowledge people.

I have only ever received emails from OCAU if my PM box was full or If it was in response to one of my emails. You will not get spam from them and you can choose to hide youe email and also not allow mods etc. to email you.

I'd also recomend www.overclockers.com forums as well.

and you won't get email spam from them either.

I would have to second this suggestion and not just because I am staff there. But because the wealth of info you can find and the friendliness there is bar none

I also hate that email restrictions, I tried to subscribe with netscape mail but it was not allowed, then I use another less known webmail account and it passed. Just try that, there are hundreds of free email available on the net.

www.xtremesystems.org has a good one . Though it's more overclocking oriented than cooling oriented.

Yeah, with all the people, you'd think the TEC and Liquid sections would have more activity...

Get to work you lazy bums.
