Cad drawing on Cathar or Morphling

Is it anyone that has a Cad drawing on Cathar WW block och Morphling´s WB (think it´s named like that) block.. Will be very plesant if you have.

One thing worth considering is that if you want to get one of these machined for personal use, you may as well buy one from D-tek when they hit retail.

Apparently, the D-tek White water is almost identical, though the price will be reduced due to mass production.

Conversely, getting a one off machined will be horrendously expensive.

Well, I can get it really cheap, so money isn´t a problem, and it will be almost a clone...

But i must have Cad drawings first... Doesn´t anyone have that?

I submitted MS-Paint drawings to the machinists. That was enough.

However, the information has been posted pretty much everywhere. If you wanted to draw it up yourself, it'd only take as long as it took me, which was about an hour.

it's their intelectual property dude; don't expect them to give it away like that. i'd say years of testing has gone into them (no fancy labs and stuff like that).

what assurance do they have that you don't 'use' your cheap source to start mass producing 'em yourself?

Here's a compilation of the known information:

Nozzle width: 3mm
# of channels: 8
# of fins: 7
Width of channels: 1.0 mm
Width of fins: 1.0 mm
Depth of fins: 4.0 mm
Fin length: up to 30mm (as long as it runs at least 2.0 mm past the core, it's good)
Baseplate thickness: "less than 1.0 mm"

Well, they need to be at least 4.0 mm and more than 5.0 mm is not terribly relevant, at least according to Cathar's study and simulation (the part he shared!)
