I was running my water cooling system using distiled water and this wierd white specs of stuff started showing up in the resivor. The water was evaporating a bit but that shouldn't make this stuff show up. The vinal pipes are coated in the stuff. After a while I was getting kind of anoyed and got out a few coffie filters and filtered out the water that was in the resivor and the stuff started to look pink in when it was all clumped together. I haven't tasted it because I have no idea what it is and that would just be stupid.

it always appeared in my koolance system that used alu parts. My all out watercooling rig has all copper parts and it runs straight water with no addatives. The watter stays clean and fresh for a long time. Doesn't even smell bad. So most likely u just have gunk coming off of your metal parts.
