Default Pelts Help and Block help

Hey im not a newbie to watercooling but just am puzzled as to which block to choose.
the thing is im going to use a 220watt TEC with it and i want something that has a bolt down cold plate and not the maze 2 as its huge and would be a bitch to insulate like this
then i looked @ the swiftec and swore because the little nipples are piss weak and i have 1/2 so i dont no what to do there and also its cu and AL will the anodising stop the corosion with water wetter? but its very nice coz the insulation kit rox and shit

also what temp do u think i will get with the following

1.eden 128g 1150ltr pump but rox for pumping through flow restriction
2.black ice Extreme with a 69cfm panaflow on it and a black ice normal with a 62cfm i think? JMC 25mm fan on it dont ask why im using a bice 1 as its the inly one that fits were i want it
3.what ever block u reccomend
4.220watt tec running full steam
5.room temp of 23-24

??

maze2-2, huge it may be but it is a quality block.
as for full steam on the tec, bad plan, run it at about 75-85%, they work better.

You might want to consider the maze1c1, if you want a smaller block, it does use bolts to clamp the pelt down
