Default My creation lives!!! {maniacal laughter!}

I finally got my system together today; mostly. I'm still waiting on the Radeon, but the suspense was too much. After an hour with the cooling system running (no leaks ), I just *had* to fire the beast up. An old 8Mb video card went into the AGP slot (enough to see the BIOS screen) and I powered up and went into the BIOS.

CPU temps (room temp 25C) in the 'CPU Health' panel were a steady 29C at 750/1.6v and 30C at 950/1.85v. For comparison, my K6-3 with a Gorb idles at 37C in bios at the same room temp.

And now a question: I'm running a 1:32 mix of water wetter and distilled water. When I started the pump, the coolant was pink. After a few hours, I noticied the liquid was almost clear. Does water wetter lose it's color over time, or has mine seperated out and sank to the bottom of the radiator?

Sounds like a good system! The water wetter probably just got more mixed up and there's not enough for it to be pink. I've used water wetter before and it doesn't sink. Its density is pretty much the same of H2O.
