is there a way to reverse the eheim's pump direction? my rad will be at the front of the case, eheim at the back.
pump->rad->cpu->gpu->pump the way the eheim is designed now, i'll need a 90deg barb on the ehim's outlet. i'd much preffer having the outlet at the front of the eheim than the top. ![]() ignore the numbers, i used this pic to count the number of clamps i'd need to buy

Nope, you will have to work with it. You can however stand the pump up right and aim the inlet towards the GPU and the outlet towards the rad.

I popped the rear cap/cover off my 1048 to add some clearance in my rig. It doesn't expose anything important (the works are embedded in this hard polymer, like carbonite
