Default Danger Den Bay res

I just got this in the mail today. I"m going to do the leak test today and see how it goes. The construction is top notch though. Most likely better than I could have done. I will continue to post here with updates on the leak testing. Hopefully I have only good news to report.

Yea i had one of my own design But this one fits into a bay and looks extremly nice. I'm going through the stage of changing my apartment from a 18year old - a 22 year old setup and when i have girls over i don't want tuparware on top of my pc with hoses out of it. I want everything to look as nice as i can.

Word to the wise.

Im married.

Girls could care less about what component goes into your computer.

But on another note, I know that I prefer it to look cool, and those designs are nice.

I just installed one. Note: I had to trim down the front part for it to fit flush with my front bezel. It was about 1/8" too wide. And Screw in the plugs as tight as possible.

ya know what they would dig?? A little shuttle case with a dainty little gerbil powered procs. I think I wanna figure out how to cool one of those baby's .. w/ tubes running out of it to a tool case or something. Chick magnet power with cooling technology.

Brian, kinda makes it hard to refill and add water to it doesnt it?

Indeed.
They're more into The Sims.
We're more into shooting something that moves. Ok, if it doesn't move, even better.

That sounds like your sex life. Just replace shooting with mounting :-) (just playing but you left yourself wide open.

Did I mention she was playing Half life?

and there were a couple girls there playing UT2003.

Of course, thats 1 girl. The rest I spend a while trying to explain why you'd want to watercool your computer. Or why cooling it even matters at all. Then again I have to explain that to most guys too.

I find equating it to people who have a "car hobby" easier. Water cooling your computer is like getting one of those cars that have the engine sticking through the bonnet... i.e. looks damn impressive and serves a purpose.

we went out for 3 y ears and 3 days before x mas this year she broke up with me because she felt i wasn't moving anywhere fast enough. Its a shame i spend so much money on the ring. Wonder what would have happened if we made it to xmass and i gave her the ring

My wife has her system and plays many games with me (computer games you sickos! )

She joined me for many LAN parties before we were married.

I admit to being the one to introduce her to gaming, but she was hooked from day one!

She is loving everything I do with watercooling this system. She's bugging me now to get off my arse and build that purple acrylic case I designed for her.

*on topic* what is the wall thickness of that bay res? i was thinking of making one myself since i've got some leftover lexan & some acrylic weld. also, out of curiousity, what's with the four hose barbs? *off topic* i'm married also, my wife isn't into computers, but at least she tries to listen when i start rambling about my latest idea or brainstorm.
