90 degree elbows. How bad are they?

If all possible I would love to use this on a Maze4-1 GPU ... becasue of the awkward tubing bending... How bad would this kill the flow and temps?

Hydor L30 > Fedco 2199 HC > Y > Maze4-1 CPU + Maze4-1 GPU > Res > Pump

Depends on the kind of 90 you use, but I avoid them all.
