Default first H2O setup...help!

i'm getting ready to buy the parts for a watercooling rig...i have the computer, the specs are below. i've decided on a mag-drive pump, a danger dan maze2, a cube radiator, a panaflow 120mm L1A fan, and the usual complement of tubing and clamps. i havent decided whether to go for an inline or a resevoir based system. if i went for the res system, i'd go for the www.freakincold.com aluminum tank with submersible 400gph pump (or i could buy the res and get the mag-drive separately), they say it seals tight.
basically i want moderate efficiency for now, it NEEDS to be QUIET and LOW MAINTENANCE, transportability is not as important, but it may help a bit. any help is welcomed.

just took a look at OC-WC, maybe the black ice rad would fit in my mid-tower better?
