Iam putting the fan underneath my black ice.. Shoulw i have it blowing in our out the radiator?

since 120mm fans have a big dead area in the middle, its good to have the 120mm off the face of the radiator pulling air though as it will pull air through the entire radiator, and not just from around the edges.
