my school has a dual 1 ghz xeon compaq prolient server thats in need of a upgrade... if u think they can most likely compatible then tell me socket and such and i willl look further into compatibleity

Sorry they are sold, Also your 1gig xeons would be a slot 2 processor these are socket 603.
