i have had a few ideas about this (see below thread, i'm making one myself) personally, i think i will go with black ABS with silver edging and logo, a quad air inlet (very hard to find, will probably have to rape 2 Y peices). it was either that or find a place that did glass/Lucite/Perspex tubes that size i also toyed with the idea of making one that doubled as a CD rack, lamp, computer desk (whole thing made out of ABS with two back legs as 6ft tall evap towers ).

I even treid to steal a 1ft diamiter drainage pipe from soem roadworks near me, it was the exact shape needed, and even had the endcap in the right place. unfortunatly, by the time i had gotten suitable transport to collect it, it had been crushed under a JCB. it was a very nice bright yellow colour, so i could of gone for a Radioactive theme.

Just so long as you dont totally bodge it together from scraps and tape, it will look fine. give it a lick of paint, use fan grills on the in/outlet, cut out a section of the tube, and put some thin (bendable) perspex over it and seal it in place with ATV Silicon/plasti-glue/epoxy(so long as its clear and wont show), put a bit of edging round it, or go for the industrial look with stick on rivets. if you cant find a glue that wont show, you can place it on the inside (hard work i know, but till probably be worth it. then you will probably be able to put a few LED's in the top of the tower (you wont even need cables on the exterior, just find som suitable outdoor cables) just run the up the inside, and viola, you will have a internally lit windowed evap bong

i think i will start building one tomorow

Black Pipe would look nice, as would chrom inserts. Might I recommend random chrome hardware like the tubes from a shower head and stuff like that coming off of the tube at random places? Of course you could use one of those chrome shower head tubes as a functional unit. Also, you could experiment with multi barreled bong setups, resembling a minigun or something... That would be cool as hell. You could even have it so the water steps from one unit to the other, cooling the water more and more.

This is what I'm talking about (top view). It would look awesome and perform even better.

Hide it... I mean no-one looks twice at a drainpipe against a house wall... a couple of holes and you'll be roaring away.

hey guys thanx for the input i cant put it in my case tho...no room
i also dont really have anyway to hide it
the multibarreled black an chrome sounds a nice possibility ill have to try drawing some ideas the only issue i can see with it altho the cooling would improve by passing it through the system would be the water loss would be immensethats said i still like multiple pipes and i could use one or two of them as res storage of water so the lower res stays at a constant level.. shower hosing will be def a nice thing with black tubes...and away i design

more ideas welcomed so keep thinkin guys

What I plan to do is go to a sign store and get a vinyl copy of the lettering/graphic I want. It isn't expensive. My bong is clear so I plan to apply the vinyl, paint over it (black) then pull the vinyl off. Adding a light inside should allow it to shine through where the vinyl masked the paint and hopefully will look cool.
