i also made a plexi shroud. it should work pretty good (better than nothing to be sure lol). i attached mine with velcro (glued the 'fuzz' on the edges of the plexi, and glued the 'loops' to the core). it holds very good.

Nice one. Ever thought about installing all four of your fans in all pull config? With tapering shroud (should be easy for you to make and to save the material make one off thick paper first
