Default Spiffy anodizing howto guide

I used to be real into paintballing (a goodly proportion of my 21 some odd years have gone by since I gave that up) and I remembered a howto guide for anodizing barrels on this one website. Lo and behold, said website and guide still exist. I initially thought "watercooling", but I guess there are enough aluminum parts in cases that this could be a "general" topic. I mean, hell, we all know that you'd get far better overclocks in a lian-li anodized black and red, right?

Although now that I think about it, one of those "splatter" designs you see on paintguns could make for a pretty unique case.

Remember for a good corrosion resistant finish (for inside the water passage) you want at least type 2 anodizing which I don't belive this is.
This somewhat explains the differences. http://www.walgren.com/anodizing-systems.html

You would want a hard coating IMO.

I'll take a few quotes from the text later (not at home atm).

Some of the "questions" rose on the bucked system assembled (some issues with explanation itself ), the solution used (not terribly clear) , and "dipping time" .
Then again, english is not my main language , and bad english can be a pain to decipher.

Now I'm the one that's confused. Type II on that page is "Sulfuric Acid Anodize", and we're anodizing via sulfuric acid. Is there a difference?
