Default SNAP 1100 - Forgotten passwords

Hi,

I have a SNAP 1100 which I used successfully for ages then I shelved it when I got a full microsoft server. I now want to re-use it but the guys who tried to make it work on my domain adminstered environment have changed all the user settings then dissapeared into the night. I can't seem to guess any successful username & password combinations to get into the adminstration menu. The reset only lets me reset the IP address which is fine but doesn't help. I can find it with assist, I can access the data using the web browser, I just can't configure the thing, change it's name or anything. The data is all obsolete. I'm happy to reset everything and sacrifice the data but I can't get to that menu without a valid adminstrator username and password I'm caught in a catch 22???

Hello:
I'm new to this. I just got an old Snap Appliance Server 1000. My question is every time I click on the Administrator link via the web browser it prompts me for a user name and password. I don't know what it is. Is there a default? I've tried to enter nothing and got nowhere. I've entered just a any username without password and got nothing either. How can I get around this? Or am I doing something wrong.
Thanks,
bitor
