That can be down loaded from adaptec/snapappliance web site. It is just a patch.

At adaptec downloads I can find only S2S.

Max, as far as i know, there is no documentation/help sup for 4.0.860
Use the snap_hlp_40830.sup From the 4.0.830, its the same, as .860 is mainly just a fix to sort out a problem that a Microsoft Patch created

Thanks! I've installed v4 OS then Help and then .860 update. It seems that .860 update deletes Help. Installing .830 help once again on .860 solved problem.
