Default Snap 2200 - Can't map drive

So it looks like this is where the SnapServer guru's live. Adaptec doesn't seem to care unless you want to pay for their support. I have a 2200 with a couple of drives. My main box is running XP Pro SP2. Until recently I was able to map the drives, and have written a couple of backup images to one of the shares on the snap. One day I disconnected the drives (in Windows Explorer), and didn't try to remap for maybe 2 weeks, at which time they wouldn't remap. I CAN see the server (and both shares/drives) through my browser using the IP address, but can't map a drive. I have searched the network for the server (SNAP809404) but can't find it. I have done a factory reset and tried everything again, but still to no avail. Any suggestions?

Delete your privious map before tring to add it back. On XP home it requires them to be removed before making them auto connect.

If you have not setup users and added shares there is nothing to mount. Through the security menu select the top option the one of the 2 options on the bottom, user with full or partial access.

I have deleted the previous maps, but I haven't tried to access it from another machine. I'll try it today from work. How do you think that would help?

that will tell us weather it's server side or client side.
