Default Dead Snap server in need of help

My hard drive died in my Snap Server 1100 and i don't have a backup image for of the OS files as they look on the disk.
I do have the install files as they come from Adaptech for both 4.0.860 and 3.4.8 is there anyway to put the files right onto the HD since i dont have a working snap server to pull the hard drive out of and make an image of using DD? Failing that I have also herd you can get the boot tracks/boot partition from some BT or P2P sites does anyone know whats terms would be good to search for?
This issue is driving me crazy since i have totally good hardware and the the software just no way to get the software onto the hardware

Thanks to every one out there in this group you guys are all so helpful.
