Oops, I meant 2.13V at iddle, and 2.03V under load.
The undershoot under load is from 2.03V to 1.95V, 0.08V undershoot. The overshoot at iddle is 2.23V from 2.13V, 0.1V overshoot. If I could stabilize the voltage between load and iddle, that would reduce by 0.1V all the variations. Total excursion today: 2.23 - 1.95 = 0.28V. With the stabilizer: 0.18V.
