Default OC and MEM`

I still cant get my ASUS P4T-E to a 133 FSB with the dips.
Is it possible that having ECC memory (RAMBUS) could be the killer?
Voltage is at 1.85, on a 2.2A P4 and its water cooled.
The MOBO is the good one too with the ICS clock gens.

have you tried running at 133/100, then you can see if it's your cpu or ram

133/100, is that the mem multipler?
I have set it in BIOS to 2x no turbo and auto no turbo.
Then I tried teh 133 fsb and I can boot at 133, but I bluescreen out in about a couple mins. Windows thinks its "saving me" from somthing.

it is the option to run the memory at 3/4 of the fsb speed. I'm sure it's somewhere in the p4t-e bios, or even in the dip switches. It will all be in the manual
