Student, studying Financial Economics, with a view to becoming a stock-broker or investment banker.
Then I'll buy a solid gold PC case, and instead of LED's, have white light shone through various rubies, saphires and emeralds to indicate when my HDD's are being accessed. 81ing-81ing ![]() |

Hmmm... To be honest I'm not exactly sure where my money comes from. though looking at my bank statements will shock the life out of my hardened accoutants
![]() Seriously though: University Student with the ability to blag a full loan from the correct authorities whilst holding down a part time job while living in a dump in the wrong side of Dundee... giving me the abilty to spend about £2000($5000 ish) a year on my computer whilst living on tea/pasta/bread/currysauce and a serious amount of beer ![]() That WAS serious. ~ Boli

I'm a software engineer, writing control and analysis programs for semiconductor test equipment.
So, I write stuff that controls the robots, the 0.1 um/0.2 millidegree accurate XYZT stages, vacuum and dry nitrogen lines, lasers, GPIB/Ethernet/RS232 control interfaces and such. It does DC and RF measurements. The DC measurements help customers get 10 attofarad resolution and down to 1 femtoamp noise levels. Basically, measuring small clumps of electrons. The other product I tend to work on is a calibration and analysis tool for VNAs (vector network analyzers) for taking RF measurements from s-parameters from 0-110GHz taken from the DUTs and then calibrating out the cable and probes distortion and de-embedding the DUT from the wafer pads. |

I'm starting my junior year working for my BS in Materials Engineering from Purdue University. I work two jobs part time: Windows support at the university's CS department and I'm also a salesman at the local Sears...I have no money, college life is too expensive.

I´m a "rustfast klejnsmed lærling(danish)" or in english someone who knows how to manufacture just about anything in stainless stell.
I do lots of welding, grinding, work on lathe, milling and drilling mostly in very thin materials like 1mm. It takes four years of training(approx. 42K a year) and results in me being able to go on in to mechanical ingeneering (another 4 years of education and approx. 70-80k a year) We pay 50-60% taxes!doh! fsck´d country! Over and out Mads

I do, at Swiftech (12/7), what many here would love to do - except for the hours probably
design and test new and improved cooling products nice to be paid for what one desires to do |
