Default Best pump for chilled usage @ high gpm ?

I have looked and can't find a definitive answer. I have lurked these boards for over two years and just realized I never registered :P I recently switched from straight water to chilled. Approx -27C . My temps were nowhere near what I was expecting. 14c according to MBM at idle. I had an old maze2 block. This is on a xp2400-m currently @10x220/ Abit NF7 btw. I upgraded to the rbx with brass top and now my pump flow is weak. I tried the #1 and #5 nozzles so far, my temps are better at 8c . I had two pumps laying around and tried them separately and in series. Eheim 1048 and mag2. Obviously not enough flow as it seems the rbx shines above 2 gpm. Question is what will pump 2+ gpm and withstand the temps ? The mcp-650 isn't rated that low. I had to epoxy both my pumps because the inlet cracked from the temps. I don't want to spend a fortune , but I don't want to drop 75+ on a pump and have it crack either. Any suggestions ?

I have a eheim 1060 for sale.
If i'm not mistaken that pump is able to handle the cold & gives enough flow 2250l/h or a bit lower then 10gpm

It isn't so much an issue of temp, as it is one of chemical compatibility. Running water at that temp would require you to add something to it, namely anti-freeze or methyl alcohol. You have to check for that chemical compatibility, as well as temp.

Don't know of any better suited pump.

Yeah it was either running those out of their specified range or getting the c-systems ones which are Aluminum. Now would one d4/mcp650 be 2.0 gpm + or would I need 2 in series. Currently just the RBX on the proc but eventually I will chill the GPU. What about this Hydrothruster I hear about ?

Don't get a hydrothruster; noisy as hell and LOTS of heat. I use for testing purposes only. RBX will be a pita to insulate with the "Y" and all...

Knew there had to be a reason no one recommended them. Yeah I didn't research enough before getting the RBX. TDX probably would have been better. Oh well  Anyone wanna trade ?
I suppose 1 or 2 D4's should cover the GPM. I hope they can take the temp.

Your Delta T is nuts. 35c? Are you sure your probe is alright or that your fluid isn't freezeing up? What are you running? I hope not water + antifreeze at those temps.

I don't trust the onboard thermistor either. I will put in a probe near the core. The coolant temp is accurate. I was running denatured alky but had my pump inlet crack and spilled all over my floor and mobo. Thankfully the computer was off so no fried components. I have distilled+glycol currently but no freezing. The flow out the return line is a trickle so thats why I suspect low pump output. Once I get the flow prob sorted I will go back to alky. So 1 or 2 D4 pumps to hit 2+ GPM ?

If that board gets its temps from a thermistor under core then it'll be WAY off for chilled systems. I saw big temp differences between the diode temp and the CPU backside temp when using the MCWChill
