Looking for some adapters I think I may be onto something here. I am close to the ultimate waterchill setup. I may have to do a revision 2 sometime when I have cash to blow. Please lets not discuss lesser options because you think this is impossible. I have no option but the best at this point. I'm on a mission. No thread crapping please.......
P.S. the laing d5 brass housing is .5 npt thread and the DD Hiflows are G1/4" BSPP. |

Try these guys.... http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/index.php?cPath=2_199
At a guess, you'll need female > female inline adapters from this page: http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/ind...Path=2_199_200 And then the NPT > BSP adapter from this page: http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/ind...Path=2_199_221 (Assuming I have the genders correct) If you have older DD Based stuff with the old 9/16UNF threaded fitting (HiFlow days before Perfect Seal - current HiFlow blocks are now G1/4"), the adapter to convert that over to 1/4" BSP is on this page: http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/ind...Path=2_199_214 HiPerformance hose and Python Clamps can be gotten here: http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/index.php?cPath=2_186 |

I remember the pump having two types of brass pump housings. The housing is 1/2" thread ( .5" looks strange) is female so he needs a 1/2 to 1/4 adapter. http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/pro...oducts_id=2246 http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS...2498+100081876 no sure if the o-rings on the barbs will hold up to methanol, epoxy should do the job. Cheaper going for nickel 1/2" barbs instead Last edited by ricecrispi; 08-22-2006 at 08:30 PM. |
