SNAP 4500 GaudianOS 3.2

Hi,

We have two Snap 4500s. One of them is not booting.

Restored the data to the second one.

How can i recover the user database if the DRimage is unavailable ?

I do have access to the cosole of the failed snap server.

Any help is appreciated.

Not sure where it's at. You can use Putty and ssh into the kernel to have access. If your on v4.4 you have limited rights even if you login in as root.
