I just installed this new 410 with a GardianOS 5.2. After the change password for the admin I can't access the server anymore. I tried the reset but it didnt reset the admin pw to admin. So I can't access anything using HTTM. Anybody knows the exact reset button sequence to reset the Admin pw or to get in to Maintenance Mode ?

I managed to bring the server in Maintenance Mode and re-istalled GardianOS ... after reboot, still the same problem ... admin - admin is still not accepted

GOS hardware does not have a reset like the SnapOS units. Since this is a new unit I would give Overland Tech support a call.
Did you do a clean install or just the OS?

thank you for your answer,
I contacted Overland and after some remore testing (good support actually) we decided to send the server back for a replacement. Might be caused by connecting to the domain. |
