Is there a difference between a submerged pump pumping 158 GPH and an inline pump pumping 317 gph ( ehiem 1250)...
All i m confused about what to do with the fittings... I was lookin at the website where I am going to buy ... It says 5/8 intake .... thats like whoa... lol Anything might help answering the question.... is great.... ![]()

Welcome to ProCooling!
You want more flow, but you also have to consider the max head of the pump. The Eheim 1250 can be run in-line or submerged. Running a pump submerged will add a tiny bit of heat into the loop, but it keeps the pump cool. I'll let you run a search through here, for your fitting question: we covered it recently. |
